Description:
Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and maximize revenue growth. Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing their expectations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to develop and execute effective campaigns that align with client goals. Conducting regular account reviews to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
